WebSphere XML files

A WebSphere Application Server (or ESB / Process Server) configuration is essentially a large set of XML files. Whilst editing these files is not recommended - and will invalidate product support - there is value in understanding the contents of various key files: careful editing can resolve a wide range of complex issues that would otherwise require a reinstallation.
They are listed alphabetically rather than in any order of importance.
